La struttura è studiata con una tecnologia in grado di dare fluidità e rapidità nei posizionamenti, garantendo rigidità e precisione durante le operazioni di lavorazione.
Grazie al nuovo sistema di controllo VAPS (Volumec ® Assisted Positioning System) con interfaccia operatore touch-screen, facile ed intuitiva, è possibile eseguire operazioni di foratura e maschiatura, alle quote prestabilite, senza più il bisogno della tracciatura manuale come nei trapani tradizionali.

The new control-system VAPS (Volumec ® Assisted Positioning System), is an operator touch-screen interface easy and intuitive with which is possible to make drilling and tapping operations, at pre-established quotas, without any manual tracking as like as traditionals drills
THE PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS ARE:
Quick identification of the workpiece position (zero search).
Assisted positioning of the tool on the work surface with automatic locking at the reached measure.
Intuitive programming of drilling on more points (X, Y, tool diameter).
Creation and saving of drilling cycles on parts of every shape.
Automatic calculation of drilling on flanges based on radius and angle between holes.
Drilling programming is also possible in AUTO-LEARNING mode.
Automatic threading by setting pitch and depth.
Positioning and drilling also with MANUAL mode
Import / export drilling programs via USB
PC connection via LAN
(ONLY FOR VAPS VERSION) With this control version, furthermore all the VAPS functions, it’s possible to make automatic drills at desired speed and depth.

The Drilltronic can be supplied with an automatic lubrication system. With this system it is possible to ensure a correct and constant inflow of lubricating oil to the tool.
The intensity of the flow, the amount and the amplitude of the atomized liquid can be easily adjusted.
Thanks to the laser control you can check the precise position of the drilling/tapping point.
Refrigeration system with recirculation pump for coolant.
Allows you to drill and tap at the desired deep also in the manual version.
